MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I am first and foremost a mother to three wonderful humans…Agidio, Giovanni, and Gabriella. In 2014, I received my masters of science degree and am currently a practicing board certified occupational therapist in the home care setting. Over the past few years I have worked hard to align myself with some of the best educational institutions in the field of wellness. It was through Duke Universities Medical program that I became a certified health coach. I went on to become a certified personal trainer and exercise corrective specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I furthered my understanding of nutrition through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Through this intense submersion of study I slowly understood that despite our bio- individuality, there is a science to transformation of health. Through small change and consistency, life sustaining goals can be achieved.
